5* Dubai Marine Beach Resort
Centrally located in a prime position, the Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa is set within its own beautifully landscaped grounds at the beginning of the Jumeirah Beach Road.
Each of the 195 spacious rooms and suites are tastefully decorated, with luxury marble bathrooms. they are air-conditioned, and have telephone, television, mini bar and safety deposit box. Each of the rooms are set within the beautifully landscaped grounds of the resort.
In our effort to further improve the hotel's facilities, we wish to bring to your attention that we will carry out renovation work of our rooms. A total refurbishment of the rooms will be done which will include the change of furniture and addition of new decorations. FYI, a sample of the new room is now available in one of our villas.
Due to the planned refurbishment, segments of the hotel will be closed as per the schedule given below.
15th to 31st May 2008 - 20% of the resort will be closed
1st June to 31st July 2008 - 50% of the resort will be closed
All room allocation will remain the same; any shortage of rooms will be notified well in advance. Hopefully, the renovation is to be completed by the end of July 2008.
We request you to kindly inform your respective partners about the upcoming redecoration to avoid surprises to guests booked at the Dubai Marine Beach Resort and Spa during these periods. We will do our best not to disturb the guests with these works as we are determined to make their stay as pleasant as possible.

On the basis of a cash deposit and if the guest spend does not exceed this amount, the balance will be returned in the local currency upon check-out. Enhancement Update on Sinbad’s Kids Club
Jumeirah Beach Hotel will be refurbishing two of the signature restaurants in the hotel in the coming months. Carnevale and La Parrilla restaurants will be closed for a period of six weeks each to complete interior design work and remodelling of areas within the restaurants.
Commencing from 14th April 2008, our Italian restaurant, Carnevale will close for six weeks, with the new design representing the classic looks of Venice with Italian elegance. From 27th May 2008, our Argentinean restaurant, La Parrilla will close for six weeks to recreate the South American colonial style of restaurant, with age distressed walls and the feature walk in cellar.
No structure or hard finishes are being revised only the interior design of the restaurant areas. There will be minimal disruption or impact to guests when staying at the hotel and any noise limited to between the hours of 1000 and 1800 only. Due to the construction of new hotel building next door there will be average construction noise from outdoors, minimal dirt and dust due to use of tools and equipments, shovels carpentry and hand tools.
